Bookend Roasting is a small coffee roasting practice in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Single-origin coffee, roasted light to medium-light, sold as whole bean only, in numbered releases.

Each batch is documented: cultivar, process, producer, lot.

Batches are sequential and finite. When a lot is gone, the number is retired and the next opens.
